Skype founder and former CEO Niklas Zennstrom admits that eBay overpaid for the online telephone company, which is beginning to see its once-spectacular growth taper off. The online retailer recently announced that it would write off $1.4 billion of the original $2.6 billion it paid for the company two years ago.
